These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OneZpay mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by OneZone Pay Technologies Private Limited ("OneZpay", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

• "User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses or uses our Services
• "Loan" refers to the personal loan facility offered through our platform
• "Lending Partner" refers to the RBI-registered NBFC that provides the loan
• "Platform" refers to our mobile application and website

2. Nature of Services

OneZpay is a digital lending platform that connects borrowers with RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We provide technology services to facilitate loan applications, processing, and disbursement.

Important: OneZpay itself does not lend money. All loans are provided by our licensed lending partners. The loan agreement is between you and the lending partner.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services and apply for a loan, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age and not older than 55 years
• Be a citizen and resident of India
• Be a salaried professional with regular income
• Have a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card
• Have an active bank account in your name
• Not be declared bankrupt or insolvent
• Meet the minimum income and credit requirements

4. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

5. Loan Application Process

5.1 Application

By submitting a loan application, you:

• Authorize us to verify your information
• Consent to credit bureau inquiries
• Agree to share information with lending partners
• Confirm all information provided is true and accurate

5.2 Approval

Loan approval is subject to:

• Successful verification of your information
• Credit assessment by our lending partners
• Meeting all eligibility criteria
• Compliance with applicable regulations

We reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

5.3 Disbursement

Upon approval, the loan amount will be disbursed directly to your registered bank account by our lending partner.

6. Loan Terms

6.1 Interest Rates

Interest rates range from 12% to 36% per annum, depending on your credit profile and loan parameters. The applicable rate will be disclosed before you accept the loan offer.

6.2 Fees and Charges

The following fees may apply:

• Processing Fee: 1% - 3% of loan amount
• Late Payment Fee: As specified in your loan agreement
• Prepayment Charges: Nil after 3 EMIs
• GST: Applicable on all fees as per government regulations

6.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a loan is disbursed, it cannot be cancelled. However:

• You may prepay or foreclose the loan subject to applicable terms
• If you change your mind before disbursement, you may withdraw your application
• Processing fees are non-refundable after loan approval

7. Repayment

7.1 EMI Payments

You agree to repay the loan as per the agreed EMI schedule. Payments must be made on or before the due date each month.

7.2 Payment Methods

EMIs can be paid via:

• NACH/Auto-debit mandate
• UPI payment
• Net banking
• Debit card

7.3 Default

If you fail to make timely payments:

• Late payment fees will be charged
• Your credit score may be negatively impacted
• Legal recovery action may be initiated
• The outstanding amount may be reported to credit bureaus

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misrepresent your identity or eligibility
• Not use the Services for fraudulent purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our Services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is owned by OneZpay or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Approval of any loan application
• Accuracy of information from third parties
• Security against all potential threats

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneZpay shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions of our lending partners or third parties
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneZpay, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to repay your loan obligations

Termination does not affect your loan obligations to our lending partners.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

17. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute:

• Contact our customer support first
• If unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer
• Disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any loan agreement with our lending partners, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneZpay.
